Born Into Stone

Ferraz Brasil was founded in 1988, in São Paulo, by Marcelo Ferraz, who was born into the natural stone industry, with family ties to the granite business, and set out to import European marbles and distribute them to the Brazilian market. In 1999, the company moved to Espírito Santo, the birthplace of Brazilian natural stone, and began working directly with the country's leading quarries, with whom it maintains exclusive relationships to this day. Since 2014, with its own factory, Ferraz Brasil has built a presence across the full production chain, from sourcing to processing, bringing together nearly four decades of experience and family tradition in the natural stone market.
